As a governmental agency, we know that your resources are limited. RMOMS has years of experience providing customized programs throughout the country. These programs are tailored to each individual agency’s needs in order to help stretch the agency’s budget and staffing resources.
RMOMS has built our comprehensive full-service correctional program based on the notion that the offender is, and should be, accountable for the cost of supervision or monitoring. Our experience and knowledge allows RMOMS to design, staff, and maintain successful jail-alternative, offender-funded supervision and monitoring systems at zero cost to the communities where the offender has committed the offense, or to the governmental entities charged with being the custodian of the offender when he or she is released from custody.
RMOMS has proven our ability to provide the highest level of services required by the supervising agency or the sentencing court, at the lowest available price point for the offender. In these difficult economic times, providing the lowest cost services to our offenders is critical to creating successful outcomes for the offenders we supervise, and therefore the community within which the offense occurred.
RMOMS will provide all of our services at the lowest cost to the offender, ensuring he or she has the best possible opportunity to successfully complete the program(s) ordered by the Court. RMOMS will also tailor a funding program to meet your agency’s needs, whether it be 100% agency-funded, 100% offender-funded, or somewhere in between.

Rocky Mountain Offender Management Systems (RMOMS) is a leading provider of non-residential correctional alternatives to Municipal, County, and State Governments throughout the United States.
Since 2001, RMOMS has developed multiple systems of offender management that range from sobriety monitoring and one-on-one case management supervision, to the latest in electronic offender tracking and monitoring. Our services are currently being used by State governments as a form of prison population management, as intensive supervision of high-risk parolees, and as a system of resource management for swelling probation populations needing direct supervision.
RMOMS also works with County and Municipal government agencies to provide local jail population mitigation programs using our electronic monitoring technology, as well as case management supervision and day reporting programs. These programs are provided as sentencing alternatives, as population management programs, or as pre-trial supervision programs.
Our experience ranges from supervision of drinking, driving and domestic-violence offenders, to providing full-service solutions to Drug and DUI Courts, and to the tracking of the highest-risk sexually violent predators released into our communities under Probation or Parole conditions.
