Drinking/Drugging While Driving Courts:
RMOMS provides case management, electronic monitoring including SCRAM, and treatment for Drinking and Driving and/or Drugging and Driving court clients that get accepted into this alternative court program. We work closely with the courts, prosecutors, public defenders, law enforcement, and in some cases Treatment Providers and Probation to actively support the recovery process and react swiftly to impose appropriate therapeutic sanctions or to reinstate criminal proceedings when participants cannot comply with the program.
