RMOMS is a pioneer in the evolution of electronic monitoring technology as an alternative to jail or prison.  Electronic Monitoring programming for qualified offenders helps to preserve the individual's’s role in daily family life and income-producing employment while allowing the offender to participate in the appropriate treatment programming, all at no cost to the county or the state.

RMOMS’ chooses the best, most reliable and most cost-efficient of emerging electronic monitoring technology and, with our highly-trained offender supervision personnel and highly-accessible Community Service Centers, we can assist counties and states to manage their offender populations within a limited budget.  Most programming or technology offered by RMOMS is paid for by the offenders themselves, (and entirely collected by RMOMS,) rather than being paid for by governmental agencies. 

Through our proprietary data management systems, iTRAX, in conjunction with our five years of successful offender monitoring programming through tens of thousands of clients, RMOMS staff can provide offender management services to your agency as an adjunct to the case management being provided by your staff, or as a supplement to your services working off-site, without being a drain on your budget.

This simple tagline is the foundation of RMOMS case management programming.  The message is clear.  Our goal is to achieve a successful outcome for every case we are asked to manage, while holding the offender accountable for his or her actions.  RMOMS can achieve this through our system of offender management programming and advanced case management techniques.  In most situations, we can achieve this within a criminal justice system at NO COST to the agency.

RMOMS’ staff is currently providing face to face case management services for thousands of criminal offenders referred by various agencies in multiple states.  RMOMS is currently providing case management services for the following population types:

1. Low and Medium risk criminal offender populations;
2. Domestic Violence offender populations;
3. High Risk Substance Abuse offender populations;
4. Alcohol and Drug Driving offenders;
5. DUI/DWI Court Programs;
6. Drug Court Programs;

RMOMS has the capability and expertise to provide a supplemental case management system to any agency needing this type of support.  RMOMS is providing supplemental case management services to criminal justice agencies at the Municipal and County government level, as well as to large state level judicial agencies seeking assistance in managing high volume offender populations.

Our staff is trained in the use of the latest risk assessment tools, as well as the latest in “best practice” case management techniques.  Our staff has been influential in working with County government managing “system crowding” issues that create significant resource drains on criminal justice communities faced with limited budgets and an increasing risk level of the offenders being released into community supervision.
