Simplified Report

$45.00

  • Pre-Sentence Report
  • Substance Abuse Specific
  • Mental Health Specific
  • Domestic Violence Perpetrator Specific

Simple designations are designed to develop recommendations for the court. This will allow the court to designate appropriate evidence based directions for the individual including the need for other evaluations or services. Moderate Report

$85.00

  • Pre-Sentence Report
  • Substance Abuse Specific
  • Mental Health Specific
  • Domestic Violence Perpetrator Specific

Moderate designations are designed to make recommendations that utilize more detailed evidence to support recommendations without a formal DSM diagnosis. This designation label indicates that there are issues this individual faces that are deeper than simply a behavioral problem. This will allow the Court to understand more fully the needs of the individual who is struggling to make behavioral changes and allow the court to make more appropriate direction for individualized services and resources for the individual. This makes it possible for the recommendations to be more individualized and directive for the person from a behavioral. As a result, the individual’s recommendations are founded on an evidence based evaluation and allow services and resources to be indicated that will enable the individual to make the appropriate behavioral changes.

Complex Report

$240.00

  • Pre-Sentence Report
  • Substance Abuse Specific
  • Mental Health Specific
  • Domestic Violence Perpetrator Specific

Complex designations are designed to be a more in-depth interview with Recommendations and DSM Diagnosis. These are used for individuals who seem to be unable to make behavioral changes due to psychological or deep addiction issues. Because of the in-depth interview, this will allow the Court to understand not only the need of the individual from a mental health or substance abuse disorder perspective but also provide a clearer picture of the etiology as well as the development of the problem the person is facing.

The recommendations are clearer and directed toward individual behavior change as well as directions for psychological help and services. As the result, services and resources can be implemented that will help the individual not only change behavior but also deal with psychological and emotional issues as they impact the individual’s behavior.
